PayLeap, the payment gateway and payments processing solution for Acculynk, has signed a strategic agreement with mobile payment provider Spindle Inc. The companies said they plan to integrate their respective platforms to better serve the global mobile commerce market.

The PayLeap platform provides a payment gateway, acquiring and card processing services for a variety of transaction types including e-commerce and face-to-face payments. PayLeap also provides services such as fraud management, a tokenized cardholder data vault, secure checkout with LeapLock and mobile payment capabilities.

Spindle offers financial institutions a white label solution that enables mobile payment, couponing and loyalty services.

"This partnership represents an alliance between two organizations that have a track record for delivering frictionless payment solutions to merchants,” said Ashish Bahl, CEO of Acculynk in a statement. “Becoming part of the large and growing Spindle eco-system is a strategic opportunity for us to increase our reach and serve the needs of customers across the payments world," Bahl said.
